Sharks & Iguanas Reprise

Having received some pictures from Jennette from her visit to Belize, I'm adding to the photos already included in the previous blog.  I loved the above picture of the blades of the propeller captured in flight!

Here are a few more pictures from our snorkeling adventure.  Note the frenzied sharks!  And Jennette swimming with them!  But then, notice why it was all deemed safe...Shamir!

I have taken and posted many pictures from the Belize Zoo, a favorite place of mine.  I particularly liked these pictures of the Jabiru Stork, the largest stork in the Western Hemisphere, and of the Keel-billed Toucan!

Here are a few additional pictures of Jennette enjoying iguanas!

Our trip to Cayo to see Cahal Pech, the Mayan ruins, included scenes of Mennonites taking crops to sell at Saturday markets.  I love the step back in time!

Now the question of the day is whether Jennette can find anyway to get the underwater film developed and put on the computer!  If so, there may yet be another installment to this series!
